Cisternesi Winegrowers Association was founded in 1996 with the aim of giving a new Doc to Piedmont, so after lengthy negotiations, in 2002, reached an important goal for tank and the surrounding area.
The goal of members is therefore to promote a product typically cisternese, highlighting the quality of Cisterna d'Asti DOC wine and other products.
From these sandy soils and dry, thanks to favorable altitude of about 360 meters above sea level produces Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis, Favorita and Brachetto.
In the cellar of the association are possible tastings and purchases.
