Ugo, now run by David and Elizabeth, is a local historian of Bra in
business since 1970.
The original interiors reflect the passion of the
owners of music and especially the figure of Elvis Presley. In addition to
pizza topped with products that the territory offers seasonally, Cervere
leeks and mushrooms in autumn, or Langa robiola throughout the year,
David prepares succulent course prepared with the use of local meats
such as mutton and Bra sausage paired with wines from a paper that favors
the production of Piedmont.
