The chef and owner Vincenzo Atzei personally takes care of cooking based on over twenty years experience gained at some of the most important restaurants.
The menu offers traditional dishes prepared with fresh seasonal products, is the same as Vincent, an expert hunter, who in the autumn and winter will directly purchase the raw materials to turn into little masterpieces of Valdostan.
Besides these we have a taste other specialties national and at the request brought to exquisite seafood.
